We have been in the snow removal business for over 20 years (since 2011).

After how many centimeters of snow do you go out?
Most of our contracts start at 4 centimeters  (we do have a 2 cm threshold available by request). 
 
How soon after a snowfall will I be serviced?
This depends on the amount of snow predicted on any given snow fall event.  Depending where you are on a route, you can expect our first visit between 1-12 hours AFTER the bulk of the snow has fallen.  
Once the city has finished street clearing, we will head back out again to clean up the end of your driveway.

What is the best way to reach you?
In order to provide the best communications to all our customers (and keep rates low!),
we ask that everybody please email  if possible.  
If you do not have access to email, feel free to call of course, but please leave a message and 
refrain from calling multiple times.  Allow up to 24-48hrs for a response (for both emails and phone calls), especially during storms when there is more of a demand on our friendly office staff. 
 
When will my contract for the year begin/end?
November 10th - April 1rst

What kind of equipment will you use to clear my driveway?
We have a fleet of Kubota tractors (40 to 100hp) with pull type inverted blowers.  
New this season is the state of the art Ottawa designed and manufactured Cyclone Blower. 

What if my driveway is gravel or the asphalt is in bad condition?
Let us take a look...if the surface is too uneven for our plows, we can refer you to our sister company Ottawa Building and Foundation Repair Inc., that way your driveway will be plow ready for next year!
