Tractor Snow removal schedule breakdown

Tractor crews are separate  from our shoveling crews.

• (4 to10cm snowstorm) First pass bulk clean up, basic clear and go to remove most accumulated snow.

• 4 hours break/rest. Our team must rest after 12 hours of driving in order to stay safe on the road.

• 2nd pass, more thorough cleanup, city dump removal and responding to complaints

• Return to any missed areas

Tractor/ blower does not scrape the full surface of the laneways. There will always be a small accumulation of snow left behind. This includes approx. 2 feet from the side of property and front of garage.(front of garage service is offered for additional charge.)

Please note that Snowbusters will not service on Christmas day until our crews have had time with their family. An evening or overnight clearing will take place following the holiday when needed.  Service will not be provided on New Year’s Eve.

     Shoveling schedule breakdown

Shoveling crews are separate  from our tractor crews.

  • Shovelers are not dispatched until the snow has either tapered off or stopped. It could take up to 24 hours before the shoveling is completed, dependent on the amount of snow accumulation.

  • Shoveling service is a ONE time pass for each storm event.

  •  if not signed up for shoveling, customer is responsible for remaining clearing.

  • We have multiple levels of shoveling, front and or back walkway. Front of garage. call us to add this service to your existing contract.

Snow removal helpful tips

Help us help you receive the best snow removal service.

  •  Pilling accumulated snow from other areas within the driveway path will cause     bumps of packed snow on the service area. Blower will not be able to remove this   patch.

  •  Move your vehicle when an alert is sent out. Try to move your vehicle prior or as you see the tractor approaching. This will allow our team to clear laneways.

  • Tractor/ blower does not scrape the full surface of the laneways. There will always be a small accumulation of snow left behind. This includes approx. 2 feet from the side of property and front of garage.(front of garage service is offered for additional charge.)

  • To allow better clearing you can shovel 1 foot around the perimeter of your laneway. Prevent excessive snow dumps are not permitted and will cause unproper laneway clearing.

  •  Our service is to simply clear a path to remove accumulated snow. It is clients responsibility to ensure walkways are 100% safe and clear.

  • No verbal or physical abuse will be tolerated. Repeated call/ emails during snowstorm events can result in cancellation with no refund.
